The I.P.E^® Pro+ acts directly at the source. Thanks to the audio frequencies it emits, it destabilises and separates the water molecules present in building materials: instead of rising, the moisture naturally returns to the ground.

Installing the I.P.E^® Pro+ is quick and easy, but a few precautions must be taken to ensure its effectiveness.

👉 Installation:

1. Choose the location: on a load-bearing wall, ideally centred in the home, between 35 and 65 cm from the floor.
2. Prepare the surface: the wall must be clear (no wood, plasterboard or thick covering between the device and the wall).
3. Drill the holes: use a drill fitted with a 5 or 6 mm drill bit to make two holes 10 cm apart horizontally.
4. Insert the plugs: insert the plugs provided, then fix the screws at right angles.
5. Install the device: position the I.P.E^® Pro+ on the wall, with the power supply and LED indicators on the right-hand side.
6. Connect the power supply: plug the adapter into a nearby power socket and connect the jack to the device.
7. Check operation: the red LED indicates that the device is powered on, the green LED confirms that it is in operation

• Avoid exposing the device to direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Ensure that there is nothing (pipes, metal beams, cables) within 30 cm of the device.

I.P.E^® Pro+ acts deep within the walls to block rising damp and gradually dry out the building. Results appear between 6 and 12 months, depending on the ventilation of the house, the building materials and the initial degree of rising damp.

👉 What visible signs can be expected?

• After 3 to 8 months, it is common to see whitish marks appear on the interior or exterior walls. These are saltpetre (nitrate and sulphate salts) released by the wall.

These deposits indicate that the process is working: the wall is drying out from the inside and expelling the accumulated damp. This phenomenon is temporary and disappears once the drying process is complete and the walls have been brushed.

Each I.P.E^® Pro+ comes with a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty, provided when the device is shipped. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the device in the event of a malfunction.

In accordance with European standards, the power supply is covered by a 2-year warranty.
