Bienvenue sur l’application “BFL IPE”. Nous respectons votre vie privée et nous nous engageons à protéger les données que vous générez à l’aide de cette application. Cette politique de confidentialité explique quelles données sont traitées, comment elles sont utilisées, et quelles sont vos options.

1. Qui sommes-nous

L’application est développée par BFL, basée en France. Pour toute question relative à cette politique de confidentialité, vous pouvez nous contacter à : contact@bfl-international.com

2. Finalité de l’application

L’application permet de :
– scanner en continu (y compris en arrière-plan) les trames publicitaires Bluetooth Low Energy émises par un dispositif de traitement des remontées d’humidité ;
– afficher localement les valeurs de ce dispositif (numéro de série, identifiant produit, score d’humidité, version logicielle du dispositif, code d’erreur) ;
– stocker ces valeurs localement sur l’appareil (format JSON et/ou binaire) afin de permettre un historique utilisateur.
Aucune donnée n’est transférée sur Internet ni vers un serveur externe.

3. Données collectées

Nous ne collectons aucune donnée à caractère personnel.
Les seules informations manipulées sont :
– identifiant matériel du dispositif (numéro de série) — stocké localement uniquement ;
– identifiant produit du dispositif (modèle) — local ;
– score d’humidité / état du dispositif — local ;
– version logicielle du dispositif — local ;
– code d’erreur du dispositif (le cas échéant) — local.
Ces données sont techniques, liées uniquement à l’appareil/dispositif, et ne sont pas associées à un utilisateur, un compte, un nom, un e-mail ou un identifiant de localisation.

4. Stockage des données

Les données sont stockées uniquement sur l’appareil de l’utilisateur dans un format JSON et/ou binaire.
L’utilisateur peut supprimer ces données :
– en utilisant l’option “Vider les données” de l’application dans les paramètres de l’appareil ;
– en désinstallant l’application, ce qui supprime tous les fichiers locaux.

5. Transmission de données et partage

L’application ne transmet aucune donnée hors de l’appareil, et ne partage aucune donnée avec des tiers, y compris via des bibliothèques ou SDK externes.
Même si aucune donnée n’est transmise, l’application remplit le formulaire “Data Safety” de Google Play en indiquant qu’aucune donnée utilisateur n’est collectée ou partagée. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}

6. Autorisations et arrière-plan

Pour fonctionner, l’application requiert l’autorisation Bluetooth Low Energy afin de scanner les trames BLE émises à proximité, même lorsque l’application est en arrière-plan.
– Sur Android : permissions BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT (le cas échéant), et (selon version Android) ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION ou ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, mais aucune donnée de localisation n’est utilisée.
– Sur iOS : l’application inclut dans le fichier Info.plist la clé NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription avec le libellé suivant : « Cette application utilise le Bluetooth pour lire les données techniques d’un dispositif de traitement de l’humidité à proximité, même lorsque l’application est en arrière-plan. Aucune donnée personnelle n’est collectée ni transmise. »

7. Public visé et classification d’âge

L’application est conçue pour un public adulte / technique et n’est pas spécifiquement destinée aux enfants. Cependant, son contenu ne présente aucune composante inappropriée et peut être utilisée par tous (pas de violence, pas de langage offensant).
– Sur Google Play : classification PEGI 3 (« Tout public »).
– Sur l’App Store : âge « 4+ ».

8. Sécurité des données

Bien que l’application ne transmette pas de données, nous mettons en œuvre les bonnes pratiques suivantes :
– stockage local sécurisé sur l’appareil ;
– suppression possible par l’utilisateur ;
– aucune transmission réseau sortante.

9. Mise à jour de cette politique

Nous pouvons être amenés à mettre à jour cette politique afin de refléter de nouvelles exigences légales ou évolutions de l’application. Nous vous recommandons de la consulter régulièrement.

1. Who we are

The app is developed by BFL, based in France. For any questions regarding this privacy policy, you can contact us at: contact@bfl-international.com

2. Purpose of the app

The app allows you to:
– continuously scan (including in background) Bluetooth Low Energy advertisement frames emitted by a moisture-rising treatment device;
– locally display the device values (serial number, product identifier, humidity score, device software version, error code);
– store these values locally on the device (JSON and/or binary format) in order to provide a history.

No data is transmitted to the Internet or external servers.

3. Data collected

We do not collect any personal data.
The only information handled by the app is:
– hardware identifier of the device (serial number) – stored locally only;
– product identifier of the device (model) – local;
– humidity score / device status – local;
– device software version – local;
– device error code (if any) – local.
These data are technical, related only to the hardware/device, and are not linked to a user, account, email or location identifier.

4. Data storage

The data are stored solely on the user’s device (smartphone/tablet) in JSON and/or binary format.
The user can delete these data:
– by using the “Clear data” option of the application in the device settings;
– by uninstalling the app, which removes all local files.

5. Data transmission and sharing

The app does not transmit any data off the device, and does not share data with any third parties, including via external libraries or SDKs.

6. Permissions and background usage

To function, the app requires the Bluetooth Low Energy permission to scan BLE advertisement frames nearby, even when the app is running in background.
– On Android: BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT (if applicable), and (depending on Android version) ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION or ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, but no location data is used.
– On iOS: the app includes in Info.plist the key NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription with the description: “This application uses Bluetooth to read technical data from a moisture-rising treatment device nearby, even when the app is running in the background. No personal data is collected or transmitted.”

7. Target audience and age rating

The app is designed for an adult/technical audience and is not specifically targeted at children. However, its content is fully appropriate for all users (no violence, no offensive language).
– On Google Play: PEGI 3 (“Everyone”).
– On the App Store: age “4+”.

8. Data security

Although the app does not transmit data, we implement the following best practices:
– local secure storage on the device;
– user-deletable data;
– zero outbound network transmission.

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect new legal requirements or changes to the app. We recommend you check it periodically.

Article L217-4 of the French Consumer Code

The Seller must deliver the Goods in accordance with the Sales Contract and is liable for any defects or non-conformities existing at the time of delivery. The Seller shall also be liable for any failure to comply with packaging, assembly or installation instructions, if these have been entrusted to the Seller under the Sales Contract or if they have been carried out under the Seller’s responsibility.

• They are fit for the purpose normally expected of similar goods and, where applicable, correspond to the description given by the Seller and possess the qualities and characteristics that the Seller has presented to the Buyer in the form of a sample or model and possess the qualities and characteristics that a Buyer may legitimately expect having regard to the public statements made by the Seller, the manufacturer or its representative, in particular in advertising or on the labelling.
• Or they have the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the Parties or are suitable for any special use requested by the Buyer, brought to the attention of the Seller and accepted by the Seller.

Any action relating to non-conformities must be brought within two years of the delivery of the goods.

Article L217-16 of the French Consumer Code

If, during the term of the commercial guarantee granted to the Buyer at the time of the purchase or repair of a movable item, the Buyer requests the Seller to carry out a repair covered by the guarantee, any period of immobilisation of at least seven days shall be added to the remaining term of the guarantee. This period shall run from the date on which the Buyer requests the repair or from the date on which the goods in question are made available for repair if the goods are made available after the request for repair.

Article 1641 of the French Civil Code

The Seller shall be liable for any hidden defects in the goods sold which render them unfit for the purpose for which they are intended, or which impair that purpose to such an extent that the Buyer would not have purchased them, or would have paid a lower price for them, if he/she had been aware of them.

Article 1648, paragraph 1 of the French Civil Code

Any action for critical defects must be brought by the Buyer within two years of discovering the defect.
